All customized products are made specifically to your selections, including colors, text, designs, and personal details. Because each item is created uniquely for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure accuracy throughout the process, including mockups and approval steps when applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to review all details carefully before giving final approval.

Once an order has been approved and production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
