Return & Exchange Policy

At Real Western Life, every product is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you if something goes wrong.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
What to do:

Include clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.

Provide photos of the packaging if it was damaged during shipping.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or, in certain cases, issue a refund.
2. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled.
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs issues for international orders.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs, as each item is made to order. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
5. Final Sale Items
Gift cards, clearance items, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
