📦 Shipping Policy

At Real Western Life, every item is custom made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners such as Printify, or other providers we may choose. We do not keep products in stock or ship items ourselves, which means shipping times can vary depending on the product type and delivery destination.

📆 Processing Time

  • All items are produced after you place your order.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.  Unless you have ordered a custom made quilt or horse blanket.  Production time will be provided for you in an email on these type of special items.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Once production is complete, most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.

  • Delivery times may be extended during holidays, due to severe weather, or because of carrier delays outside of our control.

🌎 Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please email us at cowboymarketinggroup@gmail.com before placing your order.

🚫 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us or our production partner due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

❗ Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If you believe your order is delayed or lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with our production partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📥 Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
