All custom made products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Custom items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Exceptions are made only for manufacturing defects or errors caused by Real Western Life (RWL). We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will address any issues resulting from our production process.
