This listing is for a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to begin your custom Real Western Life Brand Quilt.
Each quilt is designed around your ranch brand, logo, or personal mark, and built with colors you select to reflect your ranch, your heritage, or the place you call home.
Your deposit secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin preparing your custom project.

How the Process Works
1. Place Your Deposit if you have chosen to put "Your Brand and Ranch Name (Custom)"
Reserve your place in our custom quilt schedule.
2. Send Us Your Brand & Details
You will receive an email requesting your brand image, logo, or artwork, along with your color selections.
3. Mockup Creation
We will create a digital mockup showing your brand and color layout for your approval.
4. Approval & Final Invoice
Once the design is approved, we will send the invoice for the remaining balance.
5. Production Begins
Your quilt enters production.
Please allow 8–12 weeks for completion after design approval

Your deposit allows us to begin the early stages of your quilt, including:
- Material sourcing and preparation
- Design setup and project planning
- Creation of your custom digital quilt mockup
Because materials and design work begin immediately, this deposit is non-refundable

Custom Order Policy
Because every Real Western Life Brand Quilt is made specifically for the customer, all custom quilt orders follow this policy:
- The deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins.
- Custom quilts are made to order and cannot be canceled after design approval.
- Production begins only after the final balance is paid and the design mockup is approved.
We work closely with every customer during the design stage to ensure the quilt looks exactly the way you want before production begins.
