Each quilt is made to order after your design is approved, turning your brand into something that can be displayed, used, and passed down. It’s more than a quilt — it’s a piece of western heritage.

Custom Quilt Policy – Real Western Life
Every handmade quilt from Real Western Life is built with intention, not pulled from a shelf.
All of our handmade quilts are considered custom-made, whether you choose to feature the Real Western Life (RWL) brand or replace it with your own ranch brand, name, or design. Each quilt is individually prepared, with fabrics selected and assembled specifically for your order.
Because of this process, no two quilts are exactly alike—and every piece carries a story.
Before production begins, a digital mockup is provided for your review and approval. Once approved, your quilt moves into production and materials are cut, prepared, and sewn specifically for you.
All handmade quilts are final sale and non-refundable once approved.

Real Western Life
Every handmade quilt from Real Western Life is built one at a time—never pulled from inventory.
All handmade quilts are considered custom-made, including:
- Quilts featuring the Real Western Life (RWL) brand
- Quilts customized with your ranch brand, name, or design
- Quilts where colors, layout, or fabrics are selected for your order
How the Process Works
1. Place Your Deposit
Your order begins with a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%).
This secures your project, begins material sourcing, and places your quilt into our production schedule.
2. Design & Mockup
After your deposit:
- You’ll receive an email requesting your ranch name, brand, and color selections
- We create a custom digital mockup (proof) of your quilt
3. Proof Approval
Before production:
- You will review and approve your mockup
- This is your opportunity to confirm all details (design, colors, spelling, layout)
👉 Approval is required before production begins
4. Final Payment
Once your proof is approved:
- You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance
- Final payment must be completed before production starts
5. Production Begins
After final payment:
- Your quilt is cut, assembled, and sewn specifically for you
- Nothing is pre-made or pulled from stock
Estimated completion: up to 8 to 12 weeks after final approval and payment
