How the Process Works

Reserve your place in our custom quilt schedule.
2. Send Us Your Selected Colors Details
You will receive an email requesting your color selections for the "Customer Color-Choice Areas identified above.
4. Approval & Final Invoice
Once your colors are selected and agreed upon, we will send the invoice for the remaining balance.
5. Production Begins
Your quilt enters production.
Please allow 8–12 weeks for completion after color selection.

Your deposit allows us to begin the early stages of your quilt, including:
- Material sourcing and preparation
- Color selection and project planning
Because materials and project preparation work begin immediately, this deposit is non-refundable

Custom Order Policy
Because every Real Western Life Brand Quilt is made specifically for the customer, all custom quilt orders follow this policy:
- The deposit is non-refundable once the planning process begins.
- Custom quilts are made to order and cannot be canceled after color selection approval.
- Production begins only after the final balance is paid and the color selection is approved.
We work closely with every customer during the design stage to ensure the quilt looks exactly the way you want before production begins.
